St. George Art Museum
The St. George Utah Cultural Center, formerly known as the St. George Art Museum is a place where we can explore classical art collections and modern art galleries. It is located at 47 E 200 N, St. George, UT 84770. The Center offers us exquisite classical carvings in the neoclassical architecture of the building that houses it. The cultural center has various facilities for visual art training and exhibitions, which includes an auditorium, library and reading room. It also features a gallery for contemporary art exhibitions and programs for children and youths to encourage lifelong appreciation of good art. The Fine Arts Program at The St. George Art Museum
The St. George Art Museum has a fine arts program that is supported by four divisions of the museum. This is the painting, printmaking, photography and sculpture divisions. The painting division mainly focuses on oil paintings, watercolors, acrylic paintings and mixed media works. This also includes sculptures, drawings and prints. The printmaking division is involved with traditional printmaking methods as well as digital printmaking. The photography division features a wide variety of works including fine art photography, environmental photography and black and white photography.
